Jimmys on the Park Cafe, Bistro, Bar is a St. Louis restaurant located in the Demun neighborhood of Clayton, Missouri.

Jimmys opened in December 1994, in a building that had been a grocery store serving the DeMun neighborhood for over fifty years. A continuous work in progress Jimmys is always evolving to keep up with current trends in the food industry. Pasta Crunchers flash-fried imported fettuccine with a special blend of seasonings are another Jimmys Original. They are complimentary on each table, and are great to munch on while enjoying a cocktail or glass of wine. Our private party room is the perfect place to celebrate that special occasion or hold a private meeting with space to accommodate as many as fifty guests.

Artifacts gathered by partner and developer Rick Yackey have been used to achieve a most eclectic design. Joan Colgrove of CSI Design added the finishing touches to this new space. The new twenty-foot bar incorporates overhead door parts, a highly-polished red granite bar top, industrial springs as arm rests and train track as a foot rail. An eighty-year old maple floor from a downtown warehouse has been transplanted into the dining area, which is accented with marble inlays from the old City Hospital building in St. Louis, and high-tech track and pendant lighting. Overstuffed bar stools and banquettes with two fireplaces add the final touches to create an inviting place to relax and enjoy a great meal or a featured cocktail from our martini menu. The bar features live music on Saturday nights and during Sunday brunch.
